Returns Policy
Any defect, damage or non-compliance with specification notified to Not In The Malls by any Buyer will be referred to the Registered Seller by Not In The Malls and the Registered Seller must handle all complaints, requests for refunds or replacements directly with the concerned Buyer. Any complaints by any Buyer including any requests for refunds for the price paid or for replacement of any goods and/or services shall be dealt with directly between the Registered Seller and the relevant Buyer. Not In The Malls shall not be involved howsoever in respect of any such complaints or disputes, which are strictly between the Registered Seller and the relevant Buyer. Return procedure of the concerned Registered Seller must be complied with strictly.
It is our policy for the basic protection of Buyers who have registered with us and all Sellers registered with us agree with us that except as stated in this Clause, goods and products that have been delivered to a Buyer may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 14 the date of shipment (“Defects Liability Period”). For heath and hygienic reasons, in the case of apparels or footwear, merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange within the Defects Liability Period. Not In The Malls cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
The following products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds:

Where Not In The Malls is a direct Seller or direct supplier to the Buyer, the following terms apply:-
Shipping Policy
Each Seller will dispatch the products you have bought from them directly to you, so you will receive several parcels if you have bought from several sellers. Sellers will dispatch a product within 72 hours of receiving your order, unless a product is made to order in which case that will be stated in the product description. If there is any change to this delivery timescale the Seller will contact you directly.
Shipping costs are indicated at check-out. Domestically within Singapore, most of the Sellers will use a Courier service to deliver the parcel to you, and if you are sending internationally the parcel will arrive with the Airparcel Service from Singapore Post. Delivery timeframe for this service is between 6-14 working days.
If a Seller is offering free shipping or has a different shipping policy to that stated above it will be indicated in their dedicated area of the site so please check the shipping policy of the Seller/s from whom you have bought your product/s.
